International Aids Helpline

The International AIDS Helpline provides a confidential, anonymous 24-hour telephone counselling and information and service for those infected and affected by HIV and AIDS.

Services Offered by the AIDS Helpline:

The Line creates a free and easy access point for information on HIV and AIDS to any member of the public, at any time of the day or night.

• Our counsellors offer more than mere facts to the caller. They are able to provide counselling to those battling to cope with all the emotional consequences of the pandemic.
• Our service is strictly confidential.
• Our service is operated by those who have had experiences with HIV and AIDS.
• We are always here to help with any questions you may have about HIV and AIDS.
